Job Qualifications

• NYS SAS, SDA, or SBL certification required.  Applicant must be certified to be considered.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an Elementary or Intermediate School setting is required.
•  A demonstrated ability to:
        -     make good decisions
        -     work independently and as a part of a team
        -     communicate effectively verbally, and in writing
        -     work well under pressure
        -     understand the dynamics of the Sodus Community
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the emotional, social, and developmental needs of students.
• Be committed to the success of every student.
