Job Description

This position exists in our elementary school supporting students in grades PK through 3.

Job Qualifications

• New York State certification as a School Social Worker required.

• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.

• Ability to make a commitment to academic excellence.

• Have an ability to communicate effectively with staff and students.

• Ability to work independently, facilitate group dynamics, exercise good judgment and show initiative
